President
Experience at Teledata / General Experience: Started in May of 2018 when I along with my son Micah, purchased the business from Lee Nisley. Prior to purchasing Teledata, I was the Director of IT for GDC, Inc, a local automotive supplier.
Thoughts on the company: I love the group of employees that we have currently, they are diligent and willing to learn more to better serve our customers. I have enjoyed getting to know the customer base but still have a long way to go to meet everyone. There are so many opportunities out there right now and we are working to identify our target growth areas. We want Teledata to expand and be an important part of this community and surrounding communities moving forward.
Interesting fact about me: I am married to Sheila and we have 4 children. Our oldest daughter lives in Orlando and we also have a daughter going to college in Phoenix so we have good reasons to leave the snow and go to warmer weather.
Interests/Hobbies: Avid Indiana college basketball fan and love to play golf but don’t get to play enough. But my favorite thing of all is spending time with family when we have the opportunity to all be together.

Vice President
Thoughts on the company: I love working here. Never know what my day is like and always am presented with new challenges. Looking forward to what the company holds and where we go along this journey as I still have a lot to learn.
Interesting fact about me: I played soccer all my life growing up, now I am coaching and still heavily involved. I am not musically gifted but would love to play the piano. I am very spontaneous and always up for an adventure. I have a dog named Archie.
Interests/Hobbies: I love arsenal soccer and the Premier league in England. I love IU Basketball. In my free time I like to workout, hangout, learn to cook something new, and travel.
Property Manager
Interesting fact about me: My favorite part of the day is the morning when everybody arrives at work. I love saying hi to everyone and all visitors throughout the day.
Interests/Hobbies: I like to play with toys, sleep, visit offices. Not a fan of the rain. Some people say that I stand and hog the heater when it’s on.
Fun fact about me: Biggest impact is his employee morale. Helps keep a smile on the employees faces.

Account Manager
Experience at Teledata / General Experience: I have been in Sales for over 39 years and love working with customers, building long lasting relationships, and helping by listening to solve the customers’ needs or dreams they have for their business.
Thoughts on the company: Just the short time I’ve been here I can already tell this is not just a first-rate company to work for with some of the best people I’ve ever been around, I’ve walked into a family and owners that cares about giving our customers the very best we have to offer and they care for everyone of their employees which makes every employee want strive to give 110% for every customer we deal with, the growth of this company is sky’s the limit with the leadership they bring.
Interesting fact about me: I am married to Roseann (almost 40 years) and have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
I have been in the area all my life (grew up in Middlebury) and love this community there is nothing like northern Indiana, love the seasons.
I have sung since I was about 4 and still sing on our Praise and Worship band at the church we attend.
I am a Goshen Noon Kiwanian and am on the advisory board for the Goshen Salvation Army.
Interests/Hobbies: I am a huge Indiana Hoosier fan, Basketball, Football both not one of those fickle fans, I love the cream and crimson!! Like to golf, skeet shooting, and being on the lake with friends but my grandkids and my family are my world.
Fun Fact:I sang in front of 3000 people on a cruise ship for a talent contest and won.

Thoughts on the company: Working at Teledata is a great experience both professionally and personally as everyone is viewed as an integral part of the company, everyone’s opinion and work ethic matters, the whole team works together to ensure the continued success and growth of the business, this gives everyone a great working environment that is welcoming and friendly and I feel that this positivity gets passed on to our customers.
Interesting fact about me: I am originally from Wales in the United Kingdom and I moved to the USA in early 2013.
Another interesting fact is that I originally attended law school and later on decided to do a complete U turn and study Computer Forensics.
Also a terrible cook – 10/10 would not let me cook anything.
Interests/Hobbies: Live Music, Pets (I have two Alaskan Malamutes who take up a lot of my time!) , Twitch Streaming, Video Gaming and generally trying out (and breaking!) different kinds of new technologies and i am always interested in learning new technologies and new skills.

Experience at Teledata / General Experience: 21 years as a technician and more recently project manager.
Thoughts on the company: Been nice to work with family throughout the years and see the industry change along with technology even though I’m not always the biggest fan of the changes.
Interesting fact about me: Can basically do all things car from restoration to simple and complex fixes. Loves to fix things. Built his own house. Loves the mornings, typically up before the rooster.
Interests/Hobbies: You can catch him at car shows, restoring classic cars, working in his barn and shop. Loves the Chicago Bears.
Office Manager
Experience at Teledata / General Experience: 25 years at Teledata.
Thoughts on the company: Teledata is a family owned company
Interests/Hobbies: I love spending time with my family, walking on the beach, watching football and movies.
Fun Fact: Likes to take care of the property manager, Archie and PR director Jeffery.
Darrick
Project Manager/Scheduler
Thoughts on the company: Enjoy working at this growing fast paced company. Excited to see what the future holds for Teledata.
Interesting fact about me: I once hit a hole in one and didn’t realize it. I walked around for 10 minutes looking for my ball before checking the hole. I have 2 kids.
Interests/Hobbies: Anything to do with sports. However I really enjoy swinging the flat stick and yelling fore at the local links anytime I get the chance.

Thoughts on the company: I am really excited to see where this company goes. There’s a lot of potential and the Millers are doing a good job taking us in good directions.
Interesting fact about me: I went skiing in 5th grade and I never did again. I also love tacos.
Interests/Hobbies: I play guitar mostly to serenade the local wildlife. I play video games to forget how bad I am at guitar and I like to cook to forget how bad I am at video games.

Experience at Teledata / General Experience: So far with teledata I have been pulling cable, fiber and terminating both.
Thoughts on the company: Everyone at the company is really nice and I have been enjoying working with everyone so far.
Interesting fact about me: I used to be a tower technician and my highest I have climbed is 500’.
Interests/Hobbies: The things that I enjoy is kayaking, fishing, and shooting ahh aromatherapy.
Fun Fact: A bolt of lightning contains enough energy to toast 100,000 slices of bread.

Interesting fact about me: Drives the coolest mustang in town, likes to play video games, won 30 + victories on Fortnite.
Interests/Hobbies: Bought a shed for his two mustangs, loves the fair, crane machine master, has half webbed toes, considers himself a good swimmer, not a morning person.

Experience at Teledata / General Experience: I’m new at Teledata and have been learning quite a bit through hands on. Attention to details is key in a lot of aspects.
Thoughts on the company: I’ve enjoyed my time, and appreciate the flexibility offered. The work ambiance and helpfulness of peers has helped me grow in the field, as everyday always bring something different and new.
Interesting fact about me: I really enjoy spending time outdoors. Kayaking is a favorite of mine every time summer rolls around. Time spent with friends really makes it all the better.

Thoughts on the company: I have been working as a Technician.
Interesting fact about me: I am work for Teledata when I am in the states and spend about 6 months out of a year in Kenya.
Interests/Hobbies: I am a coffee enthusiast, hoping to get into the production and exporting of coffee in Kenya.
Fun Fact: He once was an avid concrete pouring machine who enjoyed wheeling a good wheel barrow full of concrete on the job.

Thoughts on the company: This is a growing company moving towards tomorrow and I would consider myself blessed to be here and see it.
Interesting fact about me: I love music in all forms and love to make music. I sing and play several instruments and like to share it with others. Even if they may not appreciate it the same way I do.
Interests/Hobbies: My hobbies are computers, music, and building/flying RC airplanes.
Fun Fact: My wife and I do not own a microwave. All of our food is prepared in cast iron on the stovetop or in the oven.
