Wes
President
Experience at Teledata / General Experience: Started in May of 2018 when I along with my son Micah, purchased the business from Lee Nisley. Prior to purchasing Teledata, I was the Director of IT for GDC, Inc, a local automotive supplier.
Thoughts on the company: I love the group of employees that we have currently, they are diligent and willing to learn more to better serve our customers. I have enjoyed getting to know the customer base but still have a long way to go to meet everyone. There are so many opportunities out there right now and we are working to identify our target growth areas. We want Teledata to expand and be an important part of this community and surrounding communities moving forward.
Interesting fact about me: I am married to Sheila and we have 4 children. Our oldest daughter lives in Orlando and we also have a daughter going to college in Phoenix so we have good reasons to leave the snow and go to warmer weather.
Interests/Hobbies: Avid Indiana college basketball fan and love to play golf but don’t get to play enough. But my favorite thing of all is spending time with family when we have the opportunity to all be together.

Vice President
Experience at Teledata / General Experience: Started in May 2018. I graduated college in April 2018 without much experience really anywhere. I graduated with a degree in entrepreneurship and Spanish.
Thoughts on the company: I love working here. Never know what my day is like and always am presented with new challenges. Looking forward to what the company holds and where we go along this journey as I still have a lot to learn.
Interesting fact about me: I played soccer all my life growing up, now I am coaching and still heavily involved. I am not musically gifted but would love to play the piano. I am very spontaneous and always up for an adventure. I have a dog named Archie.
Interests/Hobbies: I love arsenal soccer and the Premier league in England. I love IU Basketball. In my free time I like to workout, hangout, learn to cook something new, and travel.
Property Manager
Experience at Teledata / General Experience: I started working August 1st of 2018 at Teledata.
Interesting fact about me: My favorite part of the day is the morning when everybody arrives at work. I love saying hi to everyone and all visitors throughout the day.
Interests/Hobbies: I like to play with toys, sleep, visit offices. I’m not a fan of the rain. Some people say that I stand and hog the heater when it’s on.

Project Manager/Scheduler
Experience at Teledata / General Experience: I was hired June of 2018 as a technician and am now project management/scheduling.
Thoughts on the company: Enjoy the fun environment of Teledata. Great group of people to work with.
Interesting fact about me: Married with 3 children and love spending time with them. Always try to find new coffee places and locally owned restaurants especially when visiting different towns. Try to avoid large cities and large crowds. Also, spend a couple nights a week helping at a local golf course during the summer.

Purchasing & Inventory Manager
Experience at Teledata / General Experience: I began as a cable technician at Teledata in the Spring of 2021. In 2023, I moved into inventory management and help with general operations within the company.
Thoughts on the company: I enjoy the work environment at Teledata as well as the people I work with. We operate in an industry that is constantly progressing, so we have a “let’s figure it out” culture that is challenging and fun at the same time.
Interesting fact about me: I’m the only employee at Teledata who rents out half of his office. The renter is Darrick, he just doesn’t realize it.
Project Manager
Experience at Teledata / General Experience: 21 years as a technician and more recently project manager.
Thoughts on the company: Been nice to work with family throughout the years and see the industry change along with technology even though I’m not always the biggest fan of the changes.
Interesting fact about me: Can basically do all things car from restoration to simple and complex fixes. Loves to fix things. Built his own house. Loves the mornings, typically up before the rooster.

Office Manager

Thoughts on the company: Teledata is a family owned company
Interests/Hobbies: I love spending time with my family, walking on the beach, watching football and movies.

Project Manager
Experience at Teledata / General Experience: Started at Teledata in April of 2021. Have been in the low voltage world since 2019.
Thoughts on the company: Teledata has a unique personal touch of a small business while also having the expertise to manage large-scale projects.
Interesting fact about me: I have the gene that makes cilantro taste like soap!

Service Manager
Experience at Teledata / General Experience: I have been at TeleData for almost 10 years! I started as a cable technician and am now working as the Service Manager! The work varies from working on PBX solutions to organizing and completing our service tickets.
Thoughts on the company: Working at TeleData has been a great experience both professionally and personally, as the opportunities the company presents are endless. There is a varied range of experience between the whole team that makes us a well oiled machine. There is very little that can stop us getting to a solution.
Interesting fact about me: Once when I was 19 years old, I was in a band and we were playing an acoustic version of the song “Hey Ya!” by OutKast at a huge park. A wedding party of about 2 dozen people were taking their wedding photos there and heard us playing and they asked us to play the song while they danced and took photos. So I am in some random married couple’s photo album playing guitar.

Thoughts on the company: Its an honest hard working company that puts customers first.
Interesting fact about me: I grew up in Mexico. I also enjoy playing soccer, watching Premier League and Champions League.

Experience at Teledata / General Experience: Im a service technician, so everything we do varies from pulling data lines to installing cameras. We do a little bit of everything construction electrical engineering, and I love the opportunities and challenges this job provides.
Thoughts on the company: I’ve worked with a few different companies over the years, and this one is by far the best! I love the team and the management. I’m not just a number and my ideas are heard. For me that means the world. An amazing company with amazing people!
Interesting fact about me: I used to be a mixed martial artists, I used to fight amateur MMA.
